While the room initially assigned to us was average, the accommodating staff quickly facilitated a move to a more comfortable and homely space on a higher floor, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. However, I did notice some drawbacks, such as the noise level in the ground floor room and the slow Wi-Fi connection, which could be improved for a more enjoyable stay. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers essential services like laundry facilities and an airport shuttle, while the well-equipped rooms feature modern conveniences like free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs.
